Simply soften the balm between your fingers a little and apply to affected area of your nipple.

Made with Pure Tasmanian beeswax, Certified Organic Almond Oil, Certified Organic Avocado Oil, Certified Organic Shea Butter, Certified Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Hemp Oil and Vitamin E oil. This balm is a salve that only helps to sooth the nipple and areola but also any part of the skin that needs a little loving and TLC!

The great thing about this nipple balm, unlike chemical chemist branded nipple balms – ours does not require washing off before breastfeeding your baby – although it is personal choice whether you do or not.
