We have no minimum order which means its easier for you to buy small first or even just get a couple of products in for someone. If you need help choosing which products would work best in your store, please feel free to contact us and we can make some suggestions.
We also have some Starter Packs with suggested products and quantities for your first order. If you would like more information about these and to see our wholesale brochure please let us know in your message.
Prices shown on the website do not include freight. Shipping is quoted depending on your area and size of order. If express shipping is required, please specify. Full payment of your order is required before we will dispatch it.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. You must inspect the goods on delivery and may contact us with any issues immediately. You will need to provide photos within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days has passed, we are no longer able to accept returns or refunds.
Depending on the location of your store and how much you stock, we may consider having more than one stockist per location. If you require exclusivity in your area, a minimum monthly order of $200 is required to maintain exclusivity, otherwise, we reserve the right to stock in more than one store per area. We of course will carefully respond to any requests to stock in another store in an area where a stockist already exists.
